Recipe of paneer pasanda

Paneer pasanda is a popular Indian dish made with paneer, a type of Indian cheese, and a rich, creamy sauce. Here is a recipe you can try:

Ingredients:

250 grams paneer, cut into thin slices
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt, to taste

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook until the onions are soft and translucent.
Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Stir well to combine.
Add the paneer slices and stir gently to coat them in the spice mixture.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Add salt to taste and let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Serve the paneer pasanda hot, garnished with chopped fresh cilantro and a sprinkle of garam masala. Enjoy!
